In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

pk1974 reserves the right to require additional documentation at any time for the purpose of verifying eligibility. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) pk1974 account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using shared device or network information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a fraudulent act.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not carried out with your knowledge or consent.
• Notifying pk1974 immediately via live chat or the support email if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring that your registered contact details — including mobile number and email address — remain accurate and up to date at all times.

pk1974 cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. In the event of suspected account compromise, pk1974 may temporarily suspend the account as a protective measure pending investigation.

All monetary transactions on the pk1974 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Accepted Payment Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification may deposit and wager but cannot withdraw until KYC is approved.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk1974 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, display publicly, or exploit any content from the pk1974 platform without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk1974 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
• Losses arising from the failure or interruption of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond pk1974's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if pk1974 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that your decision to use the pk1974 platform is made voluntarily and at your own risk.

pk1974 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of its platform operation. As a condition of using pk1974, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Your continued use of the pk1974 platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk1974 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless the parties agree in writing to an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.

Nothing in this clause limits pk1974's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests.
